Dublin Core

Title

Birth Control Handbook: 4th edition (revised)

Description

The Birth Control Handbook was first published in 1968 as an initiative of the Students’ Society of McGill University to disseminate information about birth control, sexual education, and reproductive justice. At the time, publishing and distributing such information was illegal under Canadian anti-obscenity law. This is the 4th edition (revised), published in August 1970 after the 1969 Omnibus Bill was passed, legalizing birth control and decriminalizing abortion.
